Hey, nice job. I think you may want to cut a few of your legendary equipment since Arna can't copy them. I do have a few suggestions for you that're budget friendly but have been very impactful for me.

EQUIPMENT:

Blade of Shared Souls can start cloning things like Esper Sentinel or Spark Double (copying Arna).

Plate Armor is free to equip in no time. This card is amazing here.

Champion's Helm is a nice power/toughness boost that protects Arna and other legendaries. This card used to be $10+ for a reason.

Thran Power Suit and Cranial Plating are 2 more Nettlecyst-ish effects.

CARD DRAW:

Shimmer Dragon is another card that used to be expensive. You can tap equipment to draw and being tapped doesn't effect how the equipment works at all.

UTILITY:

Forge Anew has a lot of random utility, but the instant speed equipping on your turn is pretty gross.

Chrome Host Seedshark is a card I haven't seen much, but those incubate tokens are basically creatures on demand and carry equipment like champs post-boardwipe. I've been super impressed in the few games I've seen it.

Mave on If I turn creatures into …

I was looking into some ways to avoid finality counters on creatures and stumbled over Tatterkite who in theory will never enter with a finality counter. I used cards like Mirrorweave, [[card:Shapesharer] and [[card:Sakashima's Will] a lot in the past and since I have decks that put lots of finality counters on my creatures I wondered if I can simply turn all my creatures into Tatterkite until end of turn to get a pseudo Aether Snap (for counters on creatures only) in a mono blue or UW deck. Another case with similar interactions would be: I have a creature with a finality counter on it now I equip Blade of Shared Souls or Assimilation Aegis to the creature and turn it into Tatterkite for as long as the equipment is attached to it. Will the creature lose the finality counter by becomming Tatterkite? Not sure if Tatterkites oracle text changed to be more akin to Solemnity if it simply works like Solemnity and not like a static effect that says there can't be counters on this permanent.
