I really like Autumn-Tail, Kitsune Sage in enchantress builds because Autumn-Tail doesn't target creatures. Lets you put a Darksteel Mutation on a Narset, Uril or some other pesky commander with hexproof.

EternalBrewmaster Yeah, I get that it's good with Krond. I'm just worried it's not good with enough other stuff. Krond can be difficult to cast even at the best of times because of the colors involved. I do like Autumn-Tail, Kitsune Sage though, didn't even know that existed. I don't run Argothian Enchantress because she has shroud and therefore can't actually be enchanted. The other two I left out because I wasn't sure if I should use more powerful creatures over them. But it's always possible I could add them if I feel like there's not enough draw.

Well the idea is that you cast it only on Krond, or you move it to him in later turns with Autumn-Tail, Kitsune Sage. Also, you should go for the full draw package to give this deck more gas with Argothian Enchantress, Enchantress's Presence, and Verduran Enchantress.

Protection means DEBT. The Progenitus has protection from being:
- Damaged by anything
- Enchanted or Equipped by anything
- Blocked by anything
- Targeted by anything
Auras, when cast, require a target. When auras enter the battlefield via any other means or are moved by an effect, they do not target. This can be used to enchant targets with shroud or hexproof.
So, Autumn-Tail, Kitsune Sage, Academy Rector, Open the Vaults, blinking the aura with a Flickerwisp are various ways to get the aura onto any other permanent without explicitly targeting it.
However, the E part of debt intervenes and says:
702.16c A permanent or player with protection cant be enchanted by Auras that have the stated quality. Such Auras attached to the permanent or player with protection will be put into their owners graveyards as a state-based action. (See rule 704, State-Based Actions.)
Unfortunately, Progenitus cannot wear auras.
