DragonWolf420 I was talking about the Delver of Secrets  ^Flip, Insectile Aberration, Aberrant Researcher  ^Flip, Perfected Form, Docent of Perfection  ^Flip, Final Iteration series. All 3 cards used to be the same guy before they changed the art of Delver of Secrets and ruined the story. Look up the old version and perceive that they are indeed the same character.

Personally I dont like how Aberrant Researcher  ^Flip doesnt bounce well. I understand tht Perfected Form doesnt bouce due to being a horror, but it still coule be worth it to replace one or two. I didnt pay to much attention to price (so some of these suggestions might make this deck more expensive) but they all are already in budget decks ... anyway here's 2 creatures, sorceries, and instants you might want to consider:

Im gonna start with creatures because I too dont feel comfortable with the CMC for it, but Goblin Dark-Dwellers bounces well and essentially lets you cast a 3 drop spell for free. I had a hard time finding another creature to put in (if you were going casual I would say Gelectrode but tht is too old for standard) eventually I decided to go with Eldrazi Skyspawner just because it helps other cards come out and doesnt mind being bounced for the same reason ... probs better to go with the Stitched Mangler if you are gonna replace one with something other than some extra goblins tho ...

For sorceries you might want to consider Slip Through Space as it makes one creature unblockable, gives you another card, and is a 1 drop. Exquisite Firecraft on the other hand deals some damage and usually cant be countered.

Finally for the instants Invasive Surgery is a 1 drop counterspell tht can potentially get rid of every copy of it they have, only downside is it can only counter sorceries. Than here is Outnumber a 1 drop spell dealing damage based off how many creatures you control to any target, a great spell to get tht last ice counter out of there

Ultimately tho this is your deck, so you have the final say.

The Perfected Form doesn't bounce. I keep thinking with this many instants and sorceries in the deck, the card could work.

I have considered replacing them with the Stitched Mangler, a creature that doesn't have a drawback and does provide some creature control.

I like the idea of the Goblin Dark-Dwellers and Pore Over the Pages. They both have a higher CMC than I'm comfortable with, but I'd still consider it.

An idea I came up with on my own is adding two Jori En, Ruin Diver. With so many cheap instants, I'll be drawing more cards with him out.
