If anything, it was a lot more obvious to me that Anafenza is a woman than Sidisi. :P
Anyway, it's not that I particularly care about this, but I think it's pretty cool. Here's hoping they keep up this trend with the Mardu leader (then again, it's Wizards. Of course they will, they're OCD about this shit).

1 Technically, sidisi could be any gender, or not have one- she is a naga on a different plane.2 I think Alesha is biologically a guy.3 Zurgo helmsmasher- ditto for one, though i'm pretty sure he's a guy
