Is there any other Vampire card somewhat like Olivia Voldaren that consists of only White or Black or both?

This is a fantastic place for questions like this. Just go to the advanced search setting, fill in your specifications, and search. For this, I would put in Type: Creature-Subtype: Vampire-Colors: (Or) White (Or) black, then under more color options, select Exclude unselected terms

Only other Vampire I know of that can steal your opponent's creatures is Captivating Vampire. And the only Orzhov-colored Vampires are Tithe Drinker and Blood Baron of Vizkopa. So, nope.

Well, I always restrict my search results to Modern legal cards, so it should come as no surprise that I had never heard of Vish Kal before. :P

Learn to use Gatherer's Advanced Search function well. It'll save you a ton of trouble and lets you go through all of magic's cards with ease.

Well, technically, Sorin isn't a Vampire card. Lore wise, yes he is a Vampire, but mechanically he is not. And his tokens are mono-black. Sorin is very special.

Don't think there are any white vampires. That being said, no. Olivia Voldaren is kinda unique.
