Speeding up my "Drawing" deck

I am currently working on a new casual deck, which is explained here: Maximum Hand Size
The problem with the deck is, that it is quite helpless against fast decks, especially those with a lot of cheap creatures, because it only gets strong as soon as i get enough cards on my hand and draw enough every turn. Does anyone have any suggestions that would help me to survive until the later rounds?
If you have four Reliquary Tower, I don't see why you'd want Venser's Journal over Ivory Tower. They basically do the same thing in your deck, except Ivory Tower costs less.
I also like people's suggestions of Propaganda.
Lastly, your deck might benefit from some low-cost counter magic. Daze synergizes with Ivory Tower. Counterspell and Mana Leak are just good all round cards.
Your play group might also be okay with you playing Gush, but I'd double check with them because the card gets out of hand quickly, especially if people are allowed to play Fastbond.
