Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Dualcaster Combo's

The deck runs Niv-MIzzet, Parun as the commander but that is not the win con. The win con is based around playing Twinflame or Cackling Counterpart and flashing in Dualcaster Mage to create infinite wizards, then using different enchantments to trigger etb effects or ltb (if you use Naru Meha, Master Wizard and the legendary rule) effects. The full decklist is here Let There Be Wizards. I'm trying to make the deck quicker with more combo's/ manipulations to the stack.

How about Ral, Storm Conduit? It triggers off of your repeated dualcaster/Naru Meha copying, so you won't even need combat, and it wins with Expansion / Explosion, which is my other suggestion for the deck :p

You might consider running Curiosity type effects. Even though Niv-Mizzet isn't your main wincon, one or two of those cards provide you with the second half of a two-card combo that's hard to beat.

This is a High Tide deck, if I've ever seen one.
