Help Building Exile Mill

Hi, my name is OneItsStarted and lately I've been trying to make an exile-mill deck for EDH, but I haven't been able to figure out an efficient way to do it.
I really don't want to make a typical Phenax, God of Deception style mill deck, as a decent number of people at my LGS play re-animator decks. So far I have looked at Oona, Queen of the Fae, Circu, Dimir Lobotomist , and Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge.
Any tips on building a somewhat competitive deck for the archetype or one of the commanders would be appreciated, especially so if anyone has any experience with this archetype.
Oona, Queen of the Fae is probably your best bet. There are a bunch of infinite mana combos you can run with her which let you exile all of your opponents' libraries. there are both compact combos like Pili-Pala + Grand Architect as well as ones like Dramatic Reversal + Isochron Scepter + a bunch of mana rocks.
Most of these combos are not only cheap in terms of total mana required to deploy but are also light in terms of dedicated card slots.
The other benefit with Oona is that she can provide you a board state (assuming she sticks) which can be very relevant for control decks.

Tutors, counterspells, with the Helm of Obedience + Leyline of the Void combo.
