The main synergy here is Death's Presence + Killer Instinct . There is mana ramp to get these enchantments out. Then there is Druidic Satchel and Courser of Kruphix to help get the creatures on top of the library and get the land on the battlefield. When the main combo is out you want to get one of the creatures that creates tokens out. This is because the tokens stay out and the tokens get more powerful after the the creature dies.
