This is the second Burnout deck I've created.

Burnout is a rather goofy format, designed by my friend and I. The rules are as follows:

• Any card that would generate mana generates no mana instead. (So decks usually have no lands).
• Deck size is minimum 40. (So it's fairly easy to adapt decks into Burnout).
• 30 Life, 15 Poison counters to a kill.
• Preferably played with 3+ players, to lengthen the game a bit
• Pay 1 Life: Add 1 mana of any color, to your mana pool, or add one colorless mana to your mana pool.
• Pay 3 Life: Draw a card.
• No maximum hand size

Banned Stuff:

• Lifegain was banned due to its sheer and utter stupidity, as you could possibly make your way through your whole deck and profit in terms of life.
• Burn is banned because of the incredibly efficient mana-draining methods.
• Not particular cards are banned, but certain deck archetypes are just too powerful.
