Along the same lines as my other Hell Hunt deck (http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/bu-hell-hunt/), this deck replaces the zombies for discard burn. After putting down a Reliquary Tower, an Island, and a couple of Mountains, use Treasure Hunt to either pull a bunch of lands to discard for Lightning Storm, or pull another Lightning Storm or Treasure Hunt to repeat the process! Once you've discarded a good chunk of your cards, if your opponent isn't burned to death, there's a good chance you'll have a Psychic Spiral in hand. The Psychic Spiral mill aspect of the deck remains the same, use the Psychic Spiral to bring your discarded library back and make your opponent mill a good chunk of their deck. Then repeat the process!

Lightning Storm can also be replaced by Conflagrate , Molten Vortex , or Seismic Assault , and a Negate may be a nice addition.
