Take 2 —Jan. 17, 2017
With some help from CelineT and mai boi blackhawk22, we've gotten it trimmed up and in a more competitive, formidable deck list. Please keep the input coming! Please feel free to +1 so the list can get some more visibility and thus, further feedback!

Grim Flayer is $20. i'd drop or get it right away before he goes up in price. Raiders' Spoils I don't love it. there are better buffs and card draw cards. Mardu Banner why the one artifact for fixing? maybe drop it.Skullclamp is more of a combo card to draw tons of cards, and you're already buffing your creatures so it won't trigger as much.

blackhawk22, would Canopy Vista + Qasali Ambusher be an instant trigger? Or, since it says "A plains and A forest,"- do they have to be two separate entities?

Canopy Vista is a plains and a forest at the same time

filkinsmark - The amount of nonbasic lands you have seems like an overkill.
Why do you run Urborg when the amount of black cards you have is no more than any other colour? You dont run Cabal Coffers.
How does your meta look? You have only one board wipe, but you also have no protection from board wipes. I feel like your deck isnt fast enough to kill someone before turn 6, where most wraths come down.
I dont really like Berserkers Onslaught. Its 5 mana for an effect that is worse than both Rage Reflection AND True Conviction. Id run True Conviction in this deck, but its up to whether you can manage WWW in the casting cost.
Which creature are you actually cloning with Flamerush Rider?I think none of your creatures are actually that threatening to warrant a clone effect, especially when you have zero other ETB effects.
I think you could find a place for more mana rocks.
How do you feel about Heliod? I think hes the only card that would be giving you something to do with all the mana you have sitting around drawing 1 card a turn.
I think that Wild Nacatl is the most vanilla creature in this deck.
You may find places for the following cards:
- Phyrexian Arena
- Austere Command
- Secure the Wastes
- Mentor of the Meek
- Urzas Incubator
and more anthems. Tribal decks seem to like Anthems and you only have 2. What about Obelisk of Urd (convoke it out).

Hey, CelineT, thanks for the input! I'd already been considering all of those suggestions except for Urza's Incubator. I had included Flamerush Rider for the simple fact of another attacker on the ground, you're exactly right, I don't have any ETB's really worth it. What would you recommend I replace him with? In response to your question on Heliod, God of the Sun, that Vigilance has been so clutch, even if he never becomes a creature (which is possible, I'm not necessarily counting on it. His mana ability + vigilance) that he's worth it to me. I found some more potential tribal staples which are currently in my maybeboard. I did want to put in Obelisk of Urd, and Staff of Nin for card advantage. Which mana rock would you recommend? Based on that, I can go back to seeing how many cards I can cut. I want to keep the essence of my Warrior Tribe, but I wanna be semi-competitive too haha

Also, blackhawk22 and CelineT, which lands would you get rid of? I know it's actually been a struggle for me between how few basic lands I have and how many mana fetches/crack lands I have

Id say if you can't fetch it drop it. The main purpose of dual lands is to fix mana. And of you're hoping to grab the right ones on luck it'll hurt you

filkinsmark - Every land that enters tapped and taps for 3 colours of mana. Reliquary Tower, and your check lands. Whilst they are good, they are not fetchable and are better in 2-3 colour decks.
Imagine, someone makes everyone draw like 10 cards, you're probably gonna be able to play 3 of them in 1 of your turns. And they're not making you draw 10 on turn 3 or anything.
I think the following rocks are also worth running: 2-3 Signets. Whichever colour you need the most of, or whichever is heaviest in symbols across your cards. The 4cmc rock from the Group Hug deck. Fellwar Stone. Definitely good.
You have a warrior that also gives vigilance, but I understand your point of view.
Odric, Lunarch Marshal might be interesting.
