Wood Elves out in place of Death's Shadow as a good creature to give The Mimeoplasm +1/+1 counters. Visara the Dreadful takes the place of Golgari Thug to give a nice destroy effect that can be used on its own or copied with mimeoplasm. Vigean Intuition replaced by Manor Skeleton as a creature with haste and regeneration to be copied by mimeoplasm. Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon in for Wild Mongrel (decided to take the advice from Ravock after all). Diabolic Intent in for Increasing Ambition because it is a much better card.

Tutor for a Buried Alive Cast it, move Skithiryx, the Blight Dragon and Death's Shadow. Cast commander, The Mimeoplasm, exiling those two cards giving you a 17/17 flying infect creature with haste if you pay one black and regeneration. Just some food for thought
