Tapanmeister's ISD Draft #1
Hey guys, long time - no post. Mostly that's because long time - no draft... now that I've built my peasant cube.
Needless to say, I'm back blazing with this 2-1 U/W spirits deck that lost in the finals to a brutal W/G human equipment/morbid deck (and not mulliganing).
Winning cards here were definitely Inquisitor's Flail , I never lost a game with it out. All the geists were good, but Lantern Spirit 's ability to self bounce help avoid the sting of my opponent gaining 7 life a turn (not to mention slamming me for 7 damage a turn) with that stupid pseudo Loxodon Warhammer ; Butcher's Cleaver . Christ, I can't imagine what drafting that card must have felt like in mirrodin...
