Prime Speaker line / refining the deck further —Jan. 14, 2019
I worked in a line that would work for Prime Speaker Vannifar: pod a 2 cmc creature for Village Bell-Ringer, which will untap PSV and grab Breaching Hippocamp, which will give us another untap to find Karmic Guide returning the horse fish, untapping PSV and grabbing Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker, copying karmic guide & returning whichever creature you want to make infinite.
I also included Captain Sisay to help us tutor either yisan or PSV, or grabbing any other relevant pieces.
Included some Rule of Law effects to help us out.

generalrenard the short answer is no, she is literally birthing pod on a creature. You can't exactly use her in place of birthing pod in this list since she is a creature, but I put her in the 99 for utility. Just like why people run both Fauna Shaman and Survival of the Fittest some times. Being able to get the creatures you need is powerful.

Won't Prime Speaker Vannifar need a separate chain in the 99 since its a creature, like Yisan, so it would need untapping, but unlike Yisan and like Birthing Pod it sacrifices creatures. How would you incorporate it seamlessly into your deck as redundancy?
