In:

  • Ravenous Chupacabrafoil - it’s cheaper cmc wise and serves the same purpose; the life gain is sometimes nice but not often super relevant
  • Journey to Eternityfoil  Flip - this card seems super sweet; it’s easy to flip and lets me reanimate more creatures at instant speed and I can abuse it with Deserted Temple
  • Wayward Swordtoothfoil - extra land drop on a creature, yes please
  • World Shaperfoil - it’s Splendid Reclamation on a body; it’s perfect Out:
    • Noxious Gearhulk - it’s good, but RIX blessed me with a cheaper cmc version of this card minus the lifegain
    • The Gitrog Monsterfoil - it’s good, but the synergy is weak at best; really I was just playing this because Oracle of Mul Daya is expensive
    • Merciless Executionerfoil - having two “everybody sac a creature” effects just didn’t feel right
    • Nether Traitorfoil - having to pay mana for the ability seemed okay at first, but after testing it, I either didn’t want to see it, forgot it was there, or didn’t have the mana to spare to use it
