For reanimation, I would probably prefer Soul of Innistrad since it's reusable, usable from the graveyard, and a big death touchy creature while on the field.

Run Ob Nixilis, Unshackled and Teferi's Puzzle Box. With both of them and Maralen out, your opponents lose 13 life a turn, sac a creature a turn, and put their hand on the bottom of their library every turn.

The Obby and Puzzle Box suggestions are excellent. I also like the choice of Withering Boon. Such a funny, niche little card, and then someone shows up with Uril, the Miststalker and you counter their commander in mono-black and they aren't laughing any more.

You could probably drop a land or two, maybe even three. I think Liliana Vess would be a good fit here. Damnation seems obligatory and Decree of Pain is always a good choice for more cards.

You can't have cards with a white color identity in a monoblack commander's deck: no Apostle's Blessing or Beckon Apparition.
