Recently I acquired the majority of the cards missing from the deck thanks to my wonderful girlfriend! Playing a handful of both large and small EDH games, the deck has done a fantastic job, controlling nearly all games and bringing everyone to their knees! Regardless if I win or lose this deck has proved to be fun no matter what! I am currently running without nine of the cards listed here though:
- Breathstealer's Crypt
- Dream Halls
- Font of Mythos
- Forced Fruition
- Mana Web
- Mind Over Matter
- Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind
- Venser's Journal
- Master of the Feast
Even without the power these cards would have, my current set is working fine, and I'm certain the deck will only be more powerful once I complete it! Let me know what you all think!

I like Melek, Izzet Paragon and Mirari over something like Sanguine Bond and even Rakdos's Return. Both of those cards are great but I don't see a whole bunch of lifegain here to make Sanguine Bond as good as it can be, and I have a bias against one shot effects in EDH, even when they're as splashy as RR.
