I love this build! Grimgrin zombie tribal that evolved into combo was my first commander deck, and it’s great to see it getting attention. Have you considered Puppeteer Clique, or River Kelpie as additional persist combos with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed? Additionally Phyrexian Altar or Ashnod's Altar can provide you with infinite mana combos while also creating some redundancy in case someone deals with grimgrin.

Currently trying to implement Triskelion (or Walking Ballista) to go with Mikaeus, the Unhallowed for another possible infinite combo.
Also thinking about adding Altar of the Brood as an alternative for Blood Artist that can be tutored by Trinket Mage.
