Old school Combo-based blue control. A camp counselor I knew used to play a deck like this except he used Metathran Soldier and other unblockable creatures. I put this deck together for about $30 and it works quite well. I even managed to beat my roommate's reanimator deck.

Brainstorm and Sage Owl help to get the combo faster.

Horseshoe Crab + Hermetic Study = Serious Pain

Sigil of Sleep for bouncing creatures back to your opponent's hand.

Opposition + Birds / Horseshoe Crab = tap our your opponent's creatures to prevent attack damage or tap out there lands so they can't play anything.

Drawback: There is definitely some card disadvantage with all of the enchant creatures. Also, if the combo fails, you're sunk.
