This deck uses changelings as nice combo pieces. An example could be Shields of the Velis Vel + Spirit Mirror, You can wipe all their creatures for 0 mana.When you have many changelings out, peer pressure is a great card to get their really good creatures. When you have Call to the Kindred out, you can play any creature for free.

This is a very budget deck, and would be happy to take suggestions.

Update: I made the deck and tested it... it works extremely well.
