If am opponent plays a creature while Aeither Flash is in play, that creature takes 2 damage... Add Repercussion and the creature will take 2 damage and the player will take 2 damage...Add Fiery Emancipation and the creature will take 6 damage and the player will take 18 damage... With two Fiery Emancipations the creature will take 18 damage and the player will take 162 damage.

If they are not playing with creatures or know that by playing one they will lose, give them one with Forbidden Orchard.

If they rush out fast creatures, use Smoke to slow them down... or use Pyromancy for either direct damage or creature control.

If they have two or more creatures and you have Repercussion, use Blasphemous Act for lethal player damage.

Once you have enough mana rocks to cast what you need, they basically become a Shock.. or in the case of Blasphemous Act, it is a 3 cmc 9 damage ability through Pyromancy.
