As a deckbuilding challenge, I'm trying to build a deck that includes viable lines for every one of the Birthing Pod-like cards.
Are there any that I've missed?

I'm not looking for things like Reshape, where I can control the mana value of the chosen permanent by paying extra.

Didnt realise Spikefield Hazard was a land on the other side, was moreso thinking of a card like Revel in Silence Flip and Evolving Door

Some thoughts as I catch up:
Evolving Door's name pun aside, this could be fun. Probably not Modern-viable, and it won't get full reach in Standard unless something really funky happens in the next year and a half or whatever, but 5-color EDH might have a new toy. Alarablade -> Nephilim/C16 -> ? I do notice you still have to cast it, though.
Shield counters could have been called totem counters, to tie them in with totem armor and avoid the Palliation Accord nonsense. Maybe a little odd on the flavor, though.
The new flavor text for Murder is part of what annoys me about single-set planes. "Here's this group. Oops, it's gone now. Want to know more? Read the story."
Shadow of Mortality =? Death's Shadow
A random citizen with a shiny shovel is on equal footing with two trained soldiers. Said shovel is more effective than several types of swords. Good to know.
