would my artifact give me a token or my opponent since its my artifact shouldn't i get it since its my artifact?
702.6a. ... "Equip [cost]" means "[Cost]: Attach this permanent to target creature you control. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery."

you would get the token if lets say , the opponent used Mind Control on your equipped creature and you never reequipped the Moonsilver Spear , but lets say your opponent stole the spear with Zealous Conscripts then since he/she controls the spear for that turn he/she would get the token.

the above comment is also correct btw , but lets say that you used Zealous Conscripts to steal there creature then equipped the Moonsilver Spear , you would get the token but the equipment would stay on the creature till you reequipped it to another.

The controller of the source of the token (the Moonsilver Spear) would get the token, regardless of the controller of the equipped creature.

Yeah. If you had a Storm Crow equipped with Moonsilver Spear and your opponent used Mind Control on your Storm Crow then attacked, you still control Moonsilver Spear , so you would get the token.
This would be different if Moonsilver Spear said something like "Equipped creature has first strike and "Whenever this creature attacks, put a 4/4 White Angel creature token with flying onto the battlefield." Then, the creature would be the source of the ability and the controller would get the benefit.
But since your opponent likely won't be gaining control of Moonsilver Spear any time soon, you'll be getting the tokens as long as it's yours.

Does that mean if you Act of Treason , Traitorous Blood or Traitorous Instinct a creature and equip it then when ever it attacks you would get the token? Even after you return control back to the other play?

Yes. That's exactly what it means. However, if it would set them back, they most likely will not be attacking and giving you 4/4's with that creature.

Unless you curse them with Curse of the Nightly Hunt or they have Bloodcrazed Neonate or card:Chemister's Trick...or a number of others.

Well, you cannot equip Moonsilver Spear to an opponents creature. In fact you can't equip any equipment you control to any creature an opponent controls unless the card specifically says so. But if you Mark of Mutiny or Mind Control and swing with the creature then you would most certainly get the token. Then once you give the creature back (a.k.a. end of turn or Naturalize ), the Moonsilver Spear would unequip.
tldr: you can't equip it in the first place.

301.5b An Equipment is cast and enters the battlefield just like any other artifact. An Equipment doesnt enter the battlefield attached to a creature. The equip keyword ability attaches the Equipment to a creature you control (see rule 702.6, Equip). Control of the creature matters only when the equip ability is activated and when it resolves. Spells and other abilities may also attach an Equipment to a creature. If an effect attempts to attach an Equipment to an object that cant be equipped by it, the Equipment doesnt move.
301.5d An Equipments controller is separate from the equipped creatures controller; the two need not be the same. Changing control of the creature doesnt change control of the Equipment, and vice versa. Only the Equipments controller can activate its abilities. However, if the Equipment grants an ability to the equipped creature (with gains or has), the equipped creatures controller is the only one who can activate that ability.
tldr; You can Mark of Mutiny an opponent's creature, attach the Moonsilver Spear to it and it will stay on that creature when your opponent gains control of the creature again. You would still control the Spear as it is equipped to opponent's creature.

I hope this got relooked at - as the accepted answer was wrong.

The controller of the equipment gets the Angel token. Just because you took control of the creature doesn't mean you control the equipment.
You would need to somehow gain control of the equipment in order to get the token.
Equipment doesn't fall off if control of the equipped creature changes. Note the difference between this and equipping equipment to an opponent's creature. Once it's on, it's on until something unattaches it, destroys it or the creature, or the controller of the equipment attaches it to something else.
It's the same as Auras. If you take control a creature that is Enchanted by, say, Armadillo Cloak , you don't control Armadillo Cloak . If you attack with that creature and it deals combat damage, the controller of the Armadillo Cloak would be gaining life, since it is a trait of the Aura. This is part of what makes Armadillo Cloak so good. You can enchant an opponent's creature with it and it essentially makes it deal no combat damage to you, or gain you life for blocking.
THAT'S how Moonsilver Spear works. Dake is wrong.
