Account age mana costs displaying in improper order

I tried to make mine the mana cost for Autochthon Wurm and no matter what I do the white always comes in front of the green. This thoroughly bothers my autism. I know white before green matches the WUBRG order and the original multicolor cards in Legends were also (Gabriel Angelfire), but for some reason Selesnya cards were changed to have formatting, at least by the time of Invasion because Captain Sisay has . I think it would be sweet if the account mana system could be tweaked somehow to give more control or more detailed autoformatting so the mana costs display in the correct order for any given color combo. Just a thought, thanks T/O team!
Technically, the official order is more like ... as a repeating cycle, so it captures the stuff like and . It's just written as the single segment for convenience.
For this site, I got nothing.

I'm not sure I agree with that, legendofa .
It's not a cycle, it's the color pie. The 5 colors of mana are arranged in a circle, you can see that on the back of every (non-dualfaced) magic card. Accounting for the 3-color combinations, is taking a shard (3 adjacent colors, Alara combinations) or a wedge (two adjacent colors and the one opposite of both, Tarkir combinations) out of the pie.
Admittedly, walking around the circle the right way will result in your cycle, but I can't agree that's the base for the model.

plakjekaas I'm trying to find a good source for my statement that isn't like five paragraphs long, but the upshot is that if it was a single segment, would always be first, and would always be last, so something like Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis

To put it in slightly different terms, and in line with your point there, shards use the shortest distance around the circle, and wedges use the most symmetrical distance around the circle. The pentagon on the back of the card doesn't start with white and end with green, it loops around and connects, so that if black was on top, for example, it wouldn't change the order of mana symbols in a card cost. The descriptive order would be , but Sedris, the Traitor King would still be .

Account mana symbols will now be displayed in the same order you input them.

Right now, the order for the color pie is WUBRG (wooberg), , it's the order of the colors sets are printed in. I'm not sure why magic cards themselves don't stick to this order, but I can imagine it was programmed to show the symbols in that order for the account age mana cost.
Typing this post though, the editor screen to add mana symbols shows them in the order , so who knows what I'm talking about '^^
