Leyline of Sanctity: Is it good against Mill decks?

Simple question:
if I use Leyline of Sanctity Will it prevent the effects of most mill decks? I'm not sure what cards are out there in mill decks, I hate them actually lol, but if you know mill decks better then I do, do you know if this card would help protect me against them?

It will keep you safe from anything that says "target player", "target opponent", or something similar. Most mill effects do target, but there are some that don't. Anything that doesn't target you (Mind Grind and Consuming Aberration are recent examples) will still be able to get you.

A more sure-fire enchantment is Wheel of Sun and Moon .

If you use Sanctity watch out for things like Nemesis of Reason

Thanks mafteechr for the recommendation.
Wheel of Sun and Moon is better specifically against mill decks, whereas Leyline of Sanctity is only half as good but also protects against RDW. I love the card, thanks again for the feedback.
To anyone: Are there Mill Decks that instead of milling to the graveyard they mill to exile? Is there a way to prevent against that?

yes there is for example there are decks that use: Raven Guild Master the best way to combat it is with either destruction of some sort or counterspells. another nasty example is Leyline of the Void with Helm of Obedience

It's good if they don't side in enchantment removal.
