Is there a card for blue or black that allows me to destroy all player mana?

This isn't really something Blue or Black does. The closest things I can think of are Sunder and Upheaval , but there may be a couple other similar things.

You'd probably be better off asking this in the "Deck Help" area of the forums, considering the type of question it is.

Are you referring to their mana pool, or their lands?

As Rhadamanthus said, Blue and Black aren't colors for mass land destruction. Blue can return lands to hand, and Black can destroy single lands at a time. Black does offer Stench of Evil for mass Plains-only removal, though.

Red is the color of mass land destruction.

Also white has cards that do this: Armageddon , for instance.

Blue can also do this in a somewhat roundabout way, but it's just as indiscriminate as white's land-destruction cards. You basically need Mycosynth Lattice and March of the Machines , which will then cause all lands to be 0/0 creatures unless their controllers do something to save them (like Gaea's Anthem or Glorious Anthem ).

Turn their land into a creature...Wind Zendikon comes to mind, and hit it with Eradicate .

Only problem with something like Wind Zendikon is that the land would go back to its owner's hand. You'll want a different enchantment (Say, Genju of the Falls ). Then you get the enchantment back, and they don't get the land. The main problem with the Genjus is that they only enchant the land type that matches their color.

No, because Eradicate exiles the creature named Swamp and all other cards called Swamp from their library, so the 2/2 flyer never actually "dies"

The nice thing about the Genjus is you don't have to give them a creature right away, it just causes Eradicate to cost 6 instead.

@ Kogarashi Eradicate would exile all the lands, so it wouldn't go to the graveyard/back into the hand

The only "downside" is it doesn't exile the lands on the battlefield.

Ah, I didn't read Eradicate clearly. Yeah, exiling works.
