Focus on shrines and the billion creature tokens you'll be chugging out because of them? Play shrines, enchantment synergies for tutors like Moon-Blessed Cleric, card draw like Sythis, Harvest's Hand, mana from Sanctum Weaver, and protection Sterling Grove, and things that like tokens like Doubling Season, Beastmaster Ascension, and Purphoros, God of the Forge.

Honestly, I would focus less on the shrines and more on the enchantment recursion.

Theros uses the mechanic Constellation, which allows certain creatures to ETB as an aura. When the base creature dies, the aura drops off into a creature.

If you make an Enchantment Matters deck, your Commander will always get your things back for you. For example, suppose someone bounces their Commander that had your Darksteel Mutation on it. You can get it straight back.

That's how I'd build, and likely will this weekend since I love enchantments to death because - in my local meta - enchantment removal is thin at best.

Also, Shattergang Brothers should be an auto-includs. Very few cards make enchantment tokens, but Gogo here does. Perfect fodder for removal.

Thassa, Deep-Dwelling, Conjurer's Closet and Teleportation Circle to blink your commander for more shrines, I guess? No real need to gather all of them when your commander makes them on etb.
