Loved original Kamigawa so I challenged myself to build a decent standard deck restricted to Neon Dynasty.

Try to have a couple lands and begin with a Generous Visitor. Use Fang of Shigeki to clear the way and provide ninjustu cover for Spring-Leaf Avenger, and Master's Rebuke from the Fangs as targeted removal. Touch the Spirit Realm is more controlled, and cards like Tamiyo's Safekeeping, Light the Way and Sunblade Samurai keep you topped off while providing protection and ramp; Channel the Sunblade Samurai, then get them back later on. If you can't control an attacker before they strike, blast them with the channel from Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire, hopefully for only two mana because of legendary status from Norika Yamazaki, the Poet. Use Boseiju Reaches Skyward  and Careful Cultivation to amplify the mana flow or get back a Roadside Reliquary for more options. Spring-Leaf Avenger and Norika Yamazaki, the Poet will be able to get creatures and enchantments back in the fight. Straight card draw was a bit of a hurdle, but you can keep up with Spirited Companion and the aforementioned Roadside Reliquary, tap down attackers with High-Speed Hoverbike and then keep slamming with enchanted and +1/+1'd creatures to end the game.
