A congregation of thrull minions. The living, alchemical, necrological Blood Pet, Basal Thrull, and Blood Vassal. The black mana dripping from their hides finds its home within the Ebon Stronghold and perverts the land into Polluted Mire. Such power attracts the relentless The Fallen and their dancing minions Shimian Night Stalker. They collect and revel in the darkness of their Bottomless Vault.

The predators of the blackest mana arrive in the elusive form of shades. Tainted Drifting Shade , howling Dungeon Shade, screaming Fetid Horror, and reclusive Looming Shade are all drawn to the manasource creatures. Their unspoken names call out to Ihsan's Shade the blackhearted legend amongst their kind.

As the Breeding Pit churns the Ebon Praetor seeks to arm itself amongst the bodies of the Armor Thrull. Deviant forms emerge in the crazed Mindstab Thrull, ruthless Necrite, hideous Derelor, and the depraved Thrull Champion. Such corrupted forms of flesh and alchemy draw out the twisted Abomination to seek its lifeending goals.

The polluted and corrupted landscape leads itself to certain powers. Traditional Dark Ritual + Life Drain combo is easily mastered amongst the dark terrain. The thrulls lend themselves to the evils of Victimize and Soul Exchange and the haunting powers of the Ritual of the Machine. Deep within the blackened heart of the pits lies the intense desire for the glory of the Nocturnal Raid.
