This is a fast aggressive R/B deck focusing on using the new Mardu Horde. It plays out fast aggresive drops like Blood-Soaked Champion and Monastery Swiftspear to keep the beats coming, then playing War-Name Aspirants to continue the beatdown. It then plays Mardu Heart-Piercer to take out my opponents creatures or shock them. I then use Mardu Warshrieker to ramp up into more aggressive small drops or Sarkhan to finish the opponent. I also included a Chandra just in case Sarkhan needs backup, and Butcher of the Horde to threaten with the big beats. I also have 4x Fated Conflgration to take care of large enemy creatures as well as planeswalkers, and Lightning Strike to take card of smaller creatures or dome my opponent.
