The primary win condition is an aggro assault with Flamespeaker Adept backed by burn damage. Most of the deck exists to provide cheap scry, which buffs Flamespeaker and gets you the cards you need when you need them. Knowledge and Power acts as a later-game win condition, turning that scry into direct burn damage that can either clear the field for Flamespeaker or shoot right over enemy creatures. This deck is meant as a low mana/fast win deck though, so aim to win fast enough that you never have to play Knowledge and Power.

The second trick this deck employs is using your constant scrying to easily get a Miracle card on the top of your deck, giving you massive burn or banishment for only one mana. This alone isn't going to win the game, but it has great synergy with the rest of the deck. Nothing's better than starting your turn with an uber Lightning Bolt.

A nice thing about this deck is that while it's built for a more aggro style, it's really good at playing more defensively if all the opponent has is big creatures. With lots of buffing instants that stack with Flamespeaker's ability, this deck can stall against or take out big creatures super effectively.

With a small number of creatures, this deck suffers against decks with hordes of creatures. Low mana costs makes this deck less susceptible control than some decks, but a lack of card draw or counterspells does make it a little weak against control.
