Post BFZ —Sept. 29, 2015

-1 Sidisi, Undead Vizier -1 Lazav, Dimir Mastermind -1 Tranquil Cove -1 Scoured Barrens -1 Dismal Backwater

I didn't change a lot of cards so I will explain my reasoning.

With Sidisi, I felt due to the way the deck is structured more times than not I'm playing her and just getting rid of her to use her ability. Sure that's fine, but I feel I can make use of a better card.

Lazav never saw play during his short run in my deck, and that's cause I never drew him. But when I was going over some of the changes I felt he was probably the easiest to part with, without losing the point of the deck.

The lands were replaced with better lands without having me to cut the low number of basics I already have.

+1 Tamiyo, the Moon Sage +1 Sire of Stagnation +1 Prairie Stream +1 Sunken Hollow +1 Shambling Vent

I acquired Tamiyo a while ago, and was playing it in my Riku deck, but with the Post BFZ changes, I made a lot of changes to that deck and I felt I could afford to cut her out of that, then place her in this deck. She just fits with the theme and helps in her own way.

Sire of Stagnation is a card I'm not too sure about, it will either be really good or really bad. So, I will give it a try, and if it doesn't work out I will most likely bring Lazav back in the list. I'm playing him mainly for the card draw rather than the exiling.

The lands were added to help my land base be better. With a chance to have two less tapped lands, makes it a lot better.
