This tier list is based around the assumption that every deck is 100% optimized. Every deck can afford Timetwister here.

Hey thegigibeast, NarejED and DERPLINGSUPREME
I think it's awesome you guys took my initial list and are working hard to maintain it, I certainly didn't have the time or energy for it. I first made my list just as a quick resource for some friends and it's great to see the community project it's become.

@pmonk I think the other 2 have been doing most of the work, as has the community, and its turned into a very useful resource and discussion point for us all. thanks for having the original that lead up to it :)

It is more a community project, but you are the one to thank for the starting idea that got it all started. Now it turned into something bigger and useful to learn about cEDH and to understand the power level of commanders.
Also, thanks a lot to NarejED for all the help in this project. I mean... Without him it would be a lot different. Thanks!!!

In my opinion i would put eight and half tail in t2 because i hink he does really great in commander i once played against him in a tournament and it is quite frustrating to play against especially if the deck is like hatebear. Its my personnalit opinion it mqy diffrents from yours so no hate.
PS. I know that mono coloured generals especially white ones are not liked that much.

Eight 1/2 really doesn't deserve tier 2. he might be annoying to deal with but in all he isn't a big threat and his mono white identity means he doesn't have much draw, combo, tutors, and overall playability for what he does. If others approve it it'll go up, but your experience seems very biased.

The majority of tutors that W has search for artifacts or enchants so it lends a voltron direction which typically doesn't do well.

can someone link me to the most "cutthroat" Ishkanah deck available. i want to play some jank to get away from my Mimeoplasm archenemy games at my LGS, but i still want it to be good, it doesn't have to be on theme or any of that, simply the best deck that commander could be at the helm of.

Hotcake_Gotsyrup: Take the Meren list, then use Ishkanah as the commander.

So, it's been over half a year since the partial paris rule change. It's clear now that Narset will never bounce back to anything resembling Tier 1 with the cards currently available to her. I feel it's time to bump finally her down to Tier 2.
The same is true for Sharuum. I originally abdicated she be moved up to Tier 1 in the first place, but after more experience with her and lots of feedback from various sources I've changed my opinion.
What are the thoughts on these two movements?

I can agree with those changes. Having 6 or 7 drop commanders outside of green that are central to the combo is no longer particularly feasible when trying to combo early. The nature of the decks would have to change toward heavier control so they can make it to the artifact ramp they need to combo. Unfortunately, my opinion does not bare much weight, as my cEDH playgroup still usually uses partial mulligans. This comment is based on my goldfishing and mental gymnastics. Additionally, I run Narset every so often, so I have an inherit bias when talking about the deck.

Hotcake_Gotsyrup: You seem to be forgetting about Mistform Ultimus. That spider is total jank :P

merrowMania implying i don't already run tribal tribal with that meme-stick. i want something that is secret tech levels of jank. stupid and sorta bad but with crazy (read:funny) synergies.

Are there any cards where the downside is that your opponents creatures become flying or get flying creatures?

Jevela is barely a tier 3 commander if built around. She is just a placeholder for grixis storm on this list which is a tier 1 strategy. Odds are pretty good if you get in top deck mode on turn 4 or 5 with any commander you will lose. However, In CEDH there is a decent chance her ability can exile any number of cards that can restart her deck. Cards like Timetwister, Regrowth, Wheel of Fortune, Windfall or even Reanimate can do the trick. Moreover with 3 opponents you will likely get a tutor or something useful from someone with between 16 to 24 cards to choose from.
