A pretty tightly designed Legacy cycling deck built to house multiple win conditions with great room to rapidly shift from one strategy to another. The key to the deck is that by having all the cycling cards be such a low price, you can gain strong card advantage, especially with cycling lands. On top of all this, the deck is absurdly cheap, which is always a bonus.

Other than lands, only 14 cards lack a cycling ability; of these, 4 of these are boardwipes to save you if the game's gone belly up, 3 of these are the brutal Irencrag Pyromancer to give you 3 targeted damage per turn, 4 are Zenith Flares to win the game flat out and 3 are Fluctuators to end all hope held by the opponent.

Win conditions exist for tall creatures, wide creatures, direct damage, and the classic Zenith Flare, with backup boardwipes. Early turn wins are common thanks to Fluctuator.
