With this deck, there is Lots of elemental synergy going on, and every creature will be activating calamity, dealing an extra damage for every little creature you get out there. Your main wincon is going to just be overwhelming the opponent with 1 power hasty elementals with the cavalcade pinging them each time you swing. Turn 5 is most likely the earliest you will have 20 damage, but it is possible with turn 4. Most of the time 3 mana by turn 5 is enough to sweep up the game.

If you want an uber-budget version, you could replace Chandra, Acolyte of Flame with something like Fire Urchin or add in some more Chandra's Spitfire . this would bring the deck down by about $25.
