The Sixth Doctor is pretty crazy in a Legends matter deck.
Annie Joins Up, Flowering of the White Tree, Rising of the Day, and The Kenriths' Royal Funeral are all good enchantments here.
Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar is a nice way to keep your stuff from getting countered and with Jodah it's a pretty reliable draw engine.
Sigarda, Font of Blessings and Shalai, Voice of Plenty help protect Jodah and Company.
I personally have both a Naya and a Bant Legends matter decks currently built (Rienne, Angel of Rebirth and The Sixth Doctor/Peri Brown respectively) and used to have this Jodah built. Animar, Soul of Elements and The Kenriths' Royal Funeral will both help reduce costs to chain more spells in a turn.
While my Jodah deck is more of a meme where I set a lot of restrictions to make a more fair jodah deck (like Keruga as a companion, only 1 non-legendary, etc.) it might still give you a few ideas. Upvotes on any of my decks are appreciated "Shanked By Jank" - Featuring Jodah and Keruga
