Urza's Armor and Sphere of Grace are both good at protecting you from Pestilence damage. As someone else pointed out, I highly suggest Pariah

Sorry, the cards didn't show. Here is a corrected version.
For the mana I would definitely recommend you Tainted Fieldbecause it is very cheap and still quite a big improvement. Then I would exchange Urza's Armor for Sphere of Graceor Pariah. As an early removal I would recommend you High Priest of Penance. As a last addition, I recommend Spirit of the Night. The card is very fun to play as a finisher. There are certainly better alternatives but I like this card.
If you want to spend a little more money I can recommend Demonic Tutor(instead of Beseech the Queen) and Cabal Coffersvery well. I only have Demonic Tutor myself because Cabal Coffers is too expensive for me.
