Hey! Thanks for commenting on my deck! I think Rakdos is a fun guy to build around without being totally broken. I do have a few suggestions.

Cryptborn Horror is a Rakdos Hydra that casts at 2 cmc if you can deal damage to opponents. Hellrider is relatively cheap and can push you ahead pretty fast if you have a board state.

You mentioned you are having trouble casting you commander. I noticed you have 4 1 drops to help with that (and baby Chandra, good choice.) Goblin Arsonist, Goblin Fireslinger, and Karplusan Wolverine are cheap and help. T2 Keldon Marauders lets you cast Rakdos while giving you a 3/3 in the meantime. Plague Spitter is good damage, but it can take your your 1 drops. I would definitely go with Eldritch Moon's limited all-star Thermo-Alchemist, even if you have only 14 ways to proc his untap, he is still a beast.

As the ultimate finisher, I recommend Last Laugh. Yea, it's gonna kill Rakdos. And everything else. But if you have the mana to get him out again, you could cast your hand for pennies! With a giant field, the only thing that's gonna stop you is a wipe.

Ball Lightning and/or Groundbreaker it is mean by it's self but Primal Forcemage it is VERY mean and with Pandemonium it gets stupid!

I like the idea of Stalking Yeti and Boreal Druid plus snow lands with Skred but I think that those cards not good enough to include them, just being "snow" doesn't really make up for the fact that the yeti is a 3/3 for 4. and the mana dork give only colorless (esspecailly if you add the Ball Lightning and/or Groundbreaker, or keep the dorks and use Arc Runner instead of BL of GB. I like the idea of Skred but I wonder if other "snow" permanents would be better here maybe keep the dorks and consider Karplusan Wolverine as a one drop that deals a bit of extra damage. Modern is very fast that yeti just doesn't fit. same goes for Giant Solifuge it is good but too slow. maybe Hellspark Elemental it hits the field twice and deals ugly damage when combined with you other stuff.

Phyrexian Soulgorger Is strictly better then Force of Savagery it blocks once before it has to be paid for and if you sac a little guy you can get an attack out of him. it procs Skred even if it is for just one turn and it is colorless so it is easier to cast. I would keep 1 or 2 Force of Savagery and add 4 Soulgorgers.

just some thoughts.
