Hot Pursuit
Enchantment
When Hot Pursuit enters the battlefield, suspect target creature an opponent controls. As long as Hot Pursuit remains on the battlefield, that creature is also goaded. (A suspected creature has menace and can't block. Until your next turn, goaded creatures attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.)
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if two or more players have lost the game, gain control of all goaded and/or suspected creatures until end of turn. Untap them. They gain haste until end of turn.

Man this looks diabolical, love it.
Ever though about adding other Goad effects as they are pretty strong with what you're gifting here?
Things like Disrupt Decorum, Nelly Borca, Impulsive Accuser
, Coronation of Chaos,
Death Kiss, Day of the Moon, Bloodthirsty Blade, Geode Rager, Havoc Eater, Hot Pursuit, Laser Screwdriver, Immortal Obligation, Popular Entertainer, Shiny Impetus, Spectacular Showdown, Taunt from the Rampart and Vengeful Ancestor.
Expecially Disrupt Decorum, Spectacular Showdown and Taunt from the Rampart almost feels like wincon in there while i feel that Immortal Obligation really fits the theme of "good gifts" and Laser Screwdriver is a good mana dump when you've got nothing else in hand.
