Gor Muldrak, Amphinologist
Legendary Creature — Human Scout
You and permanents you control have protection from Salamanders.
At the beginning of your end step, each player who controls the fewest creatures creates a 4/3 blue Salamander Warrior creature token.

I think for me my fav aspect of the game is cards that let me take a peek at someone’s psychology, so I love building decks with open ended cards where I don’t know what will happen next. It doesn’t do a whole lot for winning games, but in EDH that’s not really something I’m super concerned about. My Gor Muldrak, Amphinologist deck does exactly that and is a blast to play.

Can't say for certain, but Im growing less and less fond of Green as of late for the simple fact that it does too much. Deck brewing anything with Green gets boring cuz I always find myself including the same ramp spells, the same mana dorks, the same draw spells, etc. It just ends up turning into Green Goodstuff.dek. Unless there's a commander that explicitly promotes a unique playstyle in Green like Experiment Kraj or Gor Muldrak, Amphinologist , I tend to steer clear from the color for my own sanity's sake.
I also just don't like Elves aesthetically all that much. They all look too samey to me.

Gor Muldrak, Amphinologist 's text reads as:
"At the beginning of your end step, each player who controls the fewest creatures creates a 4/3 blue Salamander Warrior creature token."
In a multiplayer game where each player controls equal number of creatures, assuming that the ability resolves without any interruptions or state-changes on the board, does every player create a Salamander token?
I am hesitant with rulings like this, since it definitively suggests "the fewest", but would each player be considered as having the fewest? Would the ability not produce anything?

Ok, so here's the list of stuff for aikido stuff first:
Gor Muldrak, Amphinologist might be interesting with a deflection kind of idea, not sure if he's right for it though.
Tasigur, the Golden Fang is a good way to get stuff back without drawing too much attention to yourself; just another way of gaining repeatable card advantage.
Intellectual Offering and Infernal Offering and some other cards of their ilk might be fun for the group hug side of the archetype, but don't lean into that too hard or your deck will become bad. The other cycles to look at are the tempt cycle (Tempt with Immortality, Tempt with Reflections) and anything with council's dilemma or will of the council.
More tomorrow.
