Amazing deck my friend, probably the best Xira Arien list I've seen for combo. I was about to build a Xira Arien deck around the Worldgorger Dragon combo and saw your list. There are probably better generals for the combo but it's great how you chose Xira and took it to the maximum level. Unfortunately I don't have all of these cards in paper so I'll have to run a budget version or choose another general (Probably Grenzo) About the combo: I see you chose Flamekin Spitfire to kill your opponents and creatures. Take in consideration that in case there is something like Glacial Chasm in the board using a Bloodrite Invoker could be a better choise.

List looks good. Out of curiosity, why are you running Flamekin Spitfire over Spikeshot Elder? I know it's not much but Elder reduces your life loss off Ad Naus and once you generate infinite red the cost of the ability is irrelevant.

The deck looks good!

My only concerns/suggestions are:

Flamekin Spitfire over Magmaw or Blazing Hellhound for better Ad Naus. Probably over Hellhound, since the Hellhound line is stopped by Swords to Plowshares.

Is Signal the Clans efficient enough? I assume it gets Druid and the Recruiters. That seems way too slow if you don't hit Druid.

Fireball over Torment of Hailfire for better Ad Naus.

Hmm. Flamekin Spitfire is probably a bit too mana intensive, you could remove it easily.

Also you could swap out Fists of the Demigod right for Corrosive Mentor.

I'm personally not a fan of the Exquisite Blood + Sanguine Bond combo but I can understand why you would run it.

Otherwise the deck is pretty solid, not sure what to cut!
