Dormant Grove
Enchantment
At the beginning of combat on your turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control. Then if that creature has toughness 6 or greater, transform this.

Hey, thanks for asking. Thantis us a pretty open-ended commander. I get the impulse to run Muse etc. Keeping her alive is important, obviously. Quest is obviously better, but quite hard to get online. Two heads-ups:
Awakening untaps all lands and creatures, so it might actually be to your own disadvantage. A way to get game progression in your favour is being well guarded while opponents are open for attacks. A great card for that is Dormant Grove Flip, and it's even easy to get online as Thantis herself needs to be targeted only once.
Besides, this looks fine.

Hey there, fellow spiders fan!
Nice starting point, I hope it'll serve you well. Some suggestions:
Spider Spawning is a great way to get more spiders. Dormant Grove Flip is a house with Thantis in the zone. Obscuring Haze is another powerful fog you might like. The Swarmweaver is a card I haven't tested yet, but seems to be a promising new lord.
Edit: I glossed over the Dormant Grove you already have in here.

Hey, thanks for your upvote on my Thantis deck! Looking at your list, adding in Dormant Grove Flip might be good. Vigilance for the whole team is incredibly valuable for Thantis, so maybe give it a shot?

Thanks for the link!
This deck looks solid--have you used it in live play yet? What sort of Horde do you use?
I have to ask about Forced Adaptation, since it only affects one creature. May I suggest something like Fight Rigging, Ivy Lane Denizen, or maybe Dormant Grove Flip? These all have higher mana costs, but you need something to stick the Adaptation onto anyway, and these options means you're not putting all eggs in one basket. If you have some on hand or are willing to put a little more money into this, Rancor would work as well, using Ayula, Queen Among Bears to fuel Branching Evolution.

Thantis is perfectly open-ended, so have fun with further evolving this. But if there's one absolute must-play for it at all, Dormant Grove Flip propably is it.

Thantis, the Peacemaker*

I like this, cool list. I still do have some suggestions:
Thantis tends to play very grindy games, to a point where your biggest enemies are graveyard decks. That's why you really need grave-hate. One of the best pieces for that in Thantis is Froghemoth. It's a massive beater that grows out of control pretty fast. One more card you should really get is a new one from Crimson Vow: Dormant Grove Flip is what every Thantis player waited for. It can sometimes help you to grow a smaller creature, but the important part is that it transforms into a vigilance anthem in green, and to meet its condition you only need your commander in play as combat begins. This is awesome and just so important.
In case you need some more inspiration, Warweaver's Chant is my list, and Gleeock is the user who really helped me improving it.

Thantis has come a long way since I last posted her here. I'll add Saryth, the Viper's Fang and Dormant Grove Flip, but I'm not sure what to cut for them. I need ideas on that.
