Dismal Backwater instead of or alongside of the Radiant Fountain would also maybe drop the land count to 22 i know you always wanna have mana but i flooded more than a few times in testing aswell as just not having the color i needed when it was needed and AEther Burst or Boomerang might be good aswell just to set back the opponent a turn but Chainer's Edict/Geth's Verdict could also do well in that slot. Also since you are running mill Bojuka Bog will fit very well in main board and sideboard... overall i like the deck but it seems just a bit inconsistent at times

Capsize is also good for a control deck, but takes 6 mana per iteration.
AEther Burst is used in some decks, but you have to run 4.
Fade Away is a good option.
