Lady Orca is a supporting character from Legends who is a female Demon. Ziatora is also female.
Sphinxes tend to be female as well, but there's a closer balance and more gender-unidentified examples there.
I'm not sure if this contributes anything, but there are a lot more animalistic Demons than Angels.

It is a little strange that, of the numerous humanoid demons in the game, we only have one - Lady Orca - with predominantly feminine features. I am sure Wizards will eventually get around to making more, but I am not sure it’s too high on their priority list.

Regular edh has 982 legends this doesn't include planswalkers before cmdr legends.
Pauper edh has 3,591 uncommon cards that it can use before cmdr legends.
Pauper edh has 12 common legends.
Pauper edh has 103 uncommon legends.
Alot of the legends are bad like Lady Orca

Lady Orca and Renegade Demon are both better than Soulstinger. I would replace Soulstinger with Lady Orca. Nothing says that you can't have a non mono black demon!

I think requesting a certain letter goes a bit against the spirit of the game. But, if you insist: Lady Orca, one of the few Common Legendary creatures ever printed.

I know. i only discovered that Kolaghan is a Lady reading the stories. Most of the time their gender it's not defined anyways, unless it is a legendary creature (Like Koly) and the other ones don't have the right colors for this deck: Dromoka, the Eternal and Atarka, World Render and i'm not sure about the ones from Invasion and Planar Chaos.
There's one demon that is a female: Lady Orca but she's... well...
