This is a quick rough draft I built. I wanted to make a Midrange style discard deck focusing around Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger. The objective of this deck is to discard both the opponent's hand as well as your own. All suggestions are appreciated and note I am keeping the budget around $200. Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger: This is a beast of a card that this deck is centered around.

Asylum Visitor: Helps with card draw as well as maintaining board presence.

Dreadhorde Arcanist: Works well with all the one drop spells in the graveyard.

Nighthawk Scavenger: Helps maintain control of the board and get larger from the cards the opponent discards.

Davriel, Rogue Shadowmage: The budget version of Lilliana of the Veil that also act like The Rack.

The Rack: Helps slow down the opponent by making them careful of how many spells they can play and punishes them when they have nothing in their hand.

Shrieking Affliction: Another card that behaves like The Rack.

Collective Brutality: Great card that can help out in tight spots.

Fatal Push: Solid removal card that can be recast by Dreadhorde Arcanist.

Lightning Bolt: What kind of red deck not run a play set of this card?

Unearth: This card can return any creature I have from the Graveyard. This card works very well with Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger.

Inquisition of Kozilek: Standard hand control

Duress: Standard hand control that can potentially take out combo spells.
