Chain Lightning in Paper Pauper

Are you allowed to play chain lightning in Paper Pauper? I was reading on the Gatherer and it had no indication. Thanks!

Yes you can.

From the wiki:

As off November 16, 2016, ten cards are banned in Pauper tournaments:

Cloud of Faeries, Cloudpost, Cranial Plating, Empty the Warrens, Frantic Search, Grapeshot, Invigorate, Peregrine Drake, Temporal Fissure, Treasure Cruise

No cards are restricted in Pauper tournaments.
