JessieMessy, another reprint of Mirari's Wake is always welcome, and I myself would like to see reprints of both Privileged Position and Rhystic Study, since both of those cards very much need reprints, in my mind.

Did anyone notice the art for the new Commanders on the MTG page?
I assume the 4 to be:
- Dragon
- Cat
- Vampire
- Wizard

Dragon and Cat for sure. I'm wondering if the other two are hybrids. Vampire/Knight and Human/Soldier, maybe?

Since there are white vampires in Ixalan... maybe a mardu colored vampire tribal and a mono-blue wizard tribal? That way each color would be implemented two times and it would fit at least the art of the vampire card.

We can see the Cat and the Dragon, but there is also the Legendary Cat Dragon creature in one of the decks.
Is it possible that each will contain at least one Legendary that you can use to merge two of the decks together?
So like, a Vampire Dragon, a Vampire Cat, etc. I mean it would be really interesting and a great idea as I believe many people would enjoy making new decks out of the precons, but only using precon cards.

What's important with the new art they released is not only the creature or job represented, but also the main colors.
We know dragons will be 5-colors and cats will be G/W.
The colours on the vampire make clear it will be Mardu (RWB)
The last one could be rogues or something like that. the art suggests it's something in Blue and Black.
this would make it so that red, green and blue will be represented in 2 decks, white and black would be in 3 decks.

Creature/Job combos are really interesting. I think this is the first time I've actually gotten excited for Commander 2017.
I really hope that's what they did. I know I am making this speculation from one card, (Wasitora, Nekoru Queen), but it's an exciting idea. It goes along with the theme of Partner Commanders from last year, being able to tear the decks apart and make new ones using only the cards you have.

Each tribe leader will have a secondary type of Avatar as well as an Eminence ability. I think that all the tribes will have secondary creature type that shares a similarity to the other tribes. We had a dragon cat and now we have a cat tribe. There is a dragon spirit will the third tribe be spirits?

Finally we can hope to get some cool tribal staples reprinted like Mirari's Wake and Mana Echoes... my guess is the latter as mana echoes has spiked so hard, specifically in foil. I only say this because of the insider movements shown this previous year. With the price of foils being so high, I suspect a non foil reprint in C18, if we do end up with another "conspiracy set" expect all the reprints in C18, reprinted once again. Just my .02
