I would like to know if someone with more expierence can tell me of a instant/sorcery/creature that is blue or black. Thanks in advance for making my search easier.
That can work, I would want a card to destroy a Necropotence /card:Yawgmoth's Bargain deck.

In your colors you can use the Trinket Mage and Pithing Needle package. I would suggest it more than 1 time discard.

Suppress will temporarily remove their hand from the game. so it kinda does what you want.
another route is to use Maralen of the Mornsong in conjunction with Wheel and Deal this will do what your asking.
if your colors were black/white i would suggest Identity Crisis

Nicol Bolas (the creature) doing combat damage.
Maybe One With Nothing and Redirect? I'm not sure if that would work.

The classics; Hymn to Tourach and/or Hypnotic Specter with Dark Ritual . Turn 1 Rit into Hyppy, turn 2 Hymn to Tourach and swing. Yes, it's only three cards, but the "at random" can complete hose them. It can be completely game ending.

Persecute can take away a hefty majority of a hand in some instances. Are you looking for a full 100% of their hand?
