Best Budget Commander

I am looking for a fun budget commander. I need a fun deck to play while I work on acquiring the cards here:
Logic: A coin-flipping deck has a 50% win chance.

I do enjoy winning in unusual ways. It's fun and nobody expects it.

I really enjoy using Karona, False God as my commander. She's extremely difficult to build around, but she's a rare commander, with an extremely unique ability. Personally, I run her as a voltron commander, and watch with glee as my enemies inflict lethal commander damage upon one another with my own general. Three of the more critical cards--Vow of Flight, Vow of Lightning, and Vow of Wildness--are all inexpensive.
Zedruu the Greathearted is another potentially fun commander. You can either gift boons to your opponents, encouraging them to leave you alone, or transfer horrific cards like Steel Golem.

Did you think about getting one of the precons and just upgrading one of those?

To go along with what shadow63 said I'd recommend Arahbo, Roar of the World. It's a pretty solid deck and is still pretty cheap. I played it a few times in my play group and even without any tweaking it did pretty good versus any Tier 3 decks.

I'd recommend Rakdos, Lord of Riots. Him and a few fatties such as Eldrazi and Demons...and you have a deck. Cards like Bloodgift Demon, Maga, Traitor of Mortals, and Artisan of Kozilek. Just be sure to have some pingers and it'll be good.

What sorts of decks do you enjoy playing? I would presume you enjoy strange decks with alternate win conditions or unusual ways to win, based on the deck you have linked to, but would not want to make assumptions.
